The City & Guilds is a registered charity run by an Executive Committee and a Council of 70 – presided over by HRH the Duke of Edinburgh.

The City & Guilds Group Board, headed by Director-General Chris Jones, is responsible for overseeing the whole of the City & Guilds Group.
