The power of the future is the power of the mind

We endeavor to be an efficient institute committed towards innovations, knowledge, sharing, openness and entrepreneurial skills to develop global managers we believe in having a passion for knowledge, team work and caring attitude. Our whole system is based on values, ethics, integrity and sincerity which are imparted by the way of quality education.

Today, the new challenges will not be surmounted with yesterday’s concepts and day before yesterday’s strategies but rather with our ability of thinking futuristic, and redefining our action plan of today. This will require a new cadre of professionals who have intellectual curiosity, ability understand the future, exposure to global management practices and knowledge of contemporary concepts. These enterprising professionals will need to work with total integrity and positive approach. They will have to resolve conflicts and take value-based decisions threw consultations and consensus building.

Innovation, speed, entrepreneurial mindset, customer orientation, quality, cost effectiveness, transparency, leadership, flexibility, ethical behavior and result orientation have become some of the most important aspects of human resource for the organization’s competitive advantage. Industry looks at the academic institutions who can meet their need for right talent, who can "hit the ground running" and deliver without undergoing much of training.

We at IIME are trying to develop the human capital as per industry needs. A close industry-academia interface has been built through various platforms and programmes such as Guest lectures, CEO’s forums, corporate forums, Industry Visits, Summer Internships, and Advisory Boards.

We are confident that our team of experts with a combination of their scholastic and practical approach under the guidance of industry experts would help our students elevate themselves to enter the business world, fully prepared, to work in a highly responsible manner, closer to business realities of the modern age and to evolve a vision to shape the future, and prove their worth in the industry.

The future prospects of IIME are tremendous. We are establishing collaborations with industry and foreign and Indian universities. The collaborations with the Russian, American and Swiss Governments are already in process. These are exciting times for the IIME community and we welcome participation of all concerned in our endeavors.
